2 лажици ленено семе½ лажиче солзачини (сушен лук, оригано, лут буковец…)
¼ шоља интегрално ‘ржано брашно (или некое друго)
2 лажици ладно цедено сончогледово масло1 шоља вода
we love crackers, so i collect recipes and often make some of them. these seed crackers are so easy to make, you can make them any time you feel like munching on something crunchy. perfect for scooping hummus and guacamole. try changing the spices and seeds, but keep the amount of chia seeds, flour and water as in the original recipe.
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds¼ cup oats flakes
2 tablespoons flax seeds
½ teaspoon sea salt
spices (dry garlic powder, oregano, hot pepper flakes…)¼ cup wholegrain rye flour (or another wholegrain flour)
2 tablespoons cold pressed sunflower oil
1 cup water
mix all the ingredients with a spoon and leave for about 30 minutes. the mixture will absorb the water and will thicken. roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. the dough is very sticky, but it’s easy with the paper. i do this on the back of the biggest cookie sheet. carefully remove the top piece of parchment paper, score the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter and bake the crackers in an oven preheated at 150°C, for about 30 minutes. check on them occasionally, and rotate the pan if your oven is not baking evenly. leave to cool, then break into squares and try not to eat them all at once.
